ANNUAL SITE LICENSE FAQ

All Centering sites are operating under a Site License, or a contract and annual fee agreed upon as sites begin implementing Centering. Your Annual Site License renews every year with the accompanying annual fee.

Accredited site - 40% discount

FQHC - 10% discount

Multi-site - 10% discount

These incentives are accumulative and can be combined. For example, if your practice is a Federally Qualified Health Center with one location and you have achieved Accreditation status, you would earn a 50% discount.

Please contact the help desk or your advisor to receive complete details and to determine eligibility for incentives. This will also help ensure accurate billing for your site.

CHI has elevated our support for all licensed sites! You can expect quarterly touchpoints with your CHI representatives, support with sustaining Centering, and an ongoing release of new resources to support your Centering work.

Specifically, your annual Centering site license enables access to CHI & Centering’s branding & resources, intellectual property, and support delivering the evidence-based Centering model. The license recognizes your site as an authorized Centering practice.

The site license includes a host of services and tools that help your Centering practice run smoother. Your annual license includes access to:

• Online access to a growing resources base of downloadable marketing, enrollment, recruitment and startup tool kits
• Online store for easy ordering of curriculum, training and support materials

• National recognition as a Centering provider on our public-facing web page
• Communication about Centering events, research, publications, and media coverage of the Centering model
