View Dates Centering Facilitation for Clinical Learning

If you are overseeing an active residency program, or have students or interns at your clinic who are excited to lead Centering groups, this is the workshop that will get them ready for Centering facilitation.

This innovative learning path is tailor-made for clinical learners, including residents, Nurse Practitioner or midwifery students, social work interns, or any other type of clinical learner at a Centering site. Once someone completes this learning path, they are able to facilitate Centering groups, and do not need to complete the Centering Facilitation Workshop.

Topics

This new training replaces the Centering Facilitation Workshop, and upon completion of the learning pathway, participants will be able to facilitate groups effectively. The training consists of 3 parts:

• Observation of a Centering group at your Centering site
• An Independent Learning Module
• Participation in “Centering Facilitation for Clinical Learning”- a 4-hour, live virtual workshop

Registration closes 1 week prior to the workshop date.

Centering Healthcare Institute reserves the right to cancel the workshop based on insufficient registration by the deadline date.

Centering Facilitation for Clinical Learning is a workshop meant for people in residency programs, interns, students and anyone else considered a clinical learner.
