Centering Billing/Coding Manager

The Billing/​Coding Spe­cial­ist will work direct­ly with CHI’s Cen­ter­ing prac­tice sites clin­i­cal and finan­cial depart­ments and acts as a key col­lab­o­ra­tor to ensure the med­ical record accu­rate­ly reflects the patien­t’s ser­vice asso­ci­at­ed with the Cen­ter­ing group care mod­el. This posi­tion pro­vides health­care-relat­ed finan­cial and cod­ing exper­tise and train­ing to clin­i­cal, oper­a­tional and finance team mem­bers regard­ing Cen­ter­ing sites’ doc­u­men­ta­tion, billing and coding. 

Director of Advocacy & Government Affairs

The Direc­tor of Advo­ca­cy & Gov­ern­ment Affairs works with states, pol­i­cy­mak­ers, prac­tice sites, employ­ers, pay­ers, and all oth­er stake­hold­ers to sup­port the sus­tain­abil­i­ty of the Cen­ter­ing mod­el and anchor Cen­ter­ing in emerg­ing val­ue-based pay­ment mod­els. This posi­tion is famil­iar with The Health Care Pay­ment Learn­ing & Action Net­work (HCPLAN or LAN) hier­ar­chy of alter­na­tive pay­ment mod­els (APMs).

Manager, Customer Service

The Cus­tomer Ser­vice Man­ag­er is an inte­gral mem­ber of the Prac­tice Trans­for­ma­tion depart­ment. The posi­tion is a work­ing super­vi­sor with man­age­ment respon­si­bil­i­ties and build­ing out key report­ing fea­tures as well as cus­tomer ser­vice respon­si­bil­i­ties held by the PSRs.

Communications Director

The Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Direc­tor is respon­si­ble for devel­op­ing and exe­cut­ing the over­all mar­ket­ing and com­mu­ni­ca­tions strat­e­gy for the orga­ni­za­tion, and dri­ving all pub­lic rela­tions and media activ­i­ties that sup­port the advance­ment of CHI and Cen­ter­ing. This role is an excep­tion­al career oppor­tu­ni­ty for some­one with expert writ­ing skills and a sto­ry­teller mind­set to show­case the organization’s vision, scale, exper­tise and client suc­cess­es. The Direc­tor must have demon­strat­ed the abil­i­ty to devel­op effec­tive media cam­paigns and build scal­able com­mu­ni­ca­tion pro­grams, and a tal­ent for collaboration. 

Centering Implementation Advisor

The Cen­ter­ing Imple­men­ta­tion Advi­sor is both expert in the clin­i­cal imple­men­ta­tion of the Cen­ter­ing mod­el and a skilled facil­i­ta­tion train­er. They are equal­ly com­fort­able engag­ing with clin­i­cal staff and lead­er­ship to ensure that the sys­tems changes required to meet CHI’s qual­i­ty and sus­tain­abil­i­ty expec­ta­tions are achieved. They are skilled facil­i­ta­tors with the abil­i­ty to trans­fer those skills to providers and clin­i­cal care teams tasked with pro­vid­ing Cen­ter­ing care.

Director of Innovation

We are look­ing for a prod­uct leader with a strate­gic busi­ness ori­en­ta­tion and big pic­ture under­stand­ing to set the prod­uct devel­op­ment and mar­ket­ing strat­e­gy for the orga­ni­za­tion, design­ing a suite of prod­ucts and ser­vices that guide our health­care part­ners, are acces­si­ble and inclu­sive across mul­ti­ple patient pop­u­la­tions and sup­port CHI’s expan­sion goals. A curi­ous, cre­ative prob­lem solver, the Direc­tor of Inno­va­tion will help shape the prod­uct port­fo­lio from ideation to scale and will play a hands-on role in devel­op­ing prod­ucts that trans­form healthcare.
