Marketing Manager

CHI is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. If you’re looking to grow, solve complex problems, and thrive with change, this role is for you!

As our Marketing Manager, you will be a critical asset of “the best kept secret in healthcare,” contributing to the growth of an innovative group care model that empowers patients, improves provider experience, and is proven to reduce clinical disparities.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing audiences, collaboratively solving problems, and digging in to understand what makes people tick while devising innovative solutions to challenges.

In this role, you will partner regularly with cross-functional teams to establish an impactful marketing function from the ground up while ensuring that an equity lens is applied to CHI campaigns, content, and experiences.

Essentially, you will be a key thought partner in developing a marketing approach that will help make Centering a household name!

Grants Writer and Contract Manager

Centering Healthcare Institute is recruiting a Grants Writer and Contract Manager (GWCM) to support CHI’s ambitious growth plan and focus on increasing institutional support. Reporting to the Director of Institutional Giving, the GWCM will be responsible for conducting the full range of activities required to prepare and submit timely, accurate, compelling, polished proposals (including budgets) to foundation, corporate, contract and government sources. They will work closely with program directors to ensure the smooth development and execution of grant requests for proposals, reports, agreements and compliance measures.

Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist (CRS) is an integral member of the Practice Transformation department. CHI seeks a strong team player, enthusiastic about improving client experiences and advancing CHI’s mission through thoughtful and practical customer support. The CRS is responsible for providing clients with support for accessing implementation resources, preferring, registering, navigating our digital platforms, and answering inbound client questions.Primary work areas include multi-channel helpdesk coverage, event management (virtual and in-person), and data maintenance. This individual ensures excellent customer satisfaction through detailed planning, organization, and clear and responsive communication.

Chief Development Officer

● Experience raising six- and seven-figure gifts from institutional and individual donors
● Passion for structuring and building teams; a team leader, manager, people coach etc.
● Salary range for this role is $180,000- 190,000
● Location: U.S. remote with the ability to travel nationally, approximately 30% of the calendar year

● Previous or current Controller experience is a plus
● Track record of building and leading accounting departments and finance team professionals
● Salary range for this role is $160,000- 170,000
● Location: U.S. remote with the ability to travel nationally, approximately 20% of the calendar year
